Return & Refund Policy

At Burke & Davis, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery confirmation, if the item(s) is unused, in its original condition and still has tags attached to the item(s). We will refund the full order amount for the item(s) minus the shipping costs for the return.

If your order happens to arrive damaged, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@burke-davis.com with your full name, order number, address and a photo(s) of the item(s) condition. In this circumstance, these situations will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, but we will try our best to work towards a solution that is satisfactory.
